Valve Lockouts are the most simple and effective devices to prevent unauthorized operation of valves. Valves come in a huge range of shapes, sizes and methods of operation.  Regardless of the method of operation, all valves can be locked out by E-Square’s various available Lockout Solutions.

E-Square designed Settable Ball Valve Lockout, used for precise locking and closing/opening the ball valves of various sizes and makes. It is constructed from super tough nylon and stainless steel to avoid corrosion. It is designed to lockout quarter-turn valves of varying sizes and geometric handle dimensions- (Round, Square or Flat) upto1- ¼” thick x 1-5/8” wide of various lengths.


Valves can also be locked in the ON or Fixed positions for non-lockout applications. To freeze the valve handle at an exact location, attach the second Arm (sold separately) to lock handle of 2/3/4/5 way valves.

This Valve Lockout is ideal for all kind of usage areas/pipelines like gases, oils, liquids, air pressure pipes & valves etc.
