This universal lockout is best suitable for maximum types of local and international ball valves with varied handle lengths and they can be installed on the pipe dia. from ½ inches to 2.5 inches.

The inner slider grips the valve handle and the outer - once placed, restricts the movement of the valve handle, thus preventing it from being turned. This device is used to secure the lever of ball valves firmly in place, in an open or closed position depending on the need of the user.

Once installed, padlocks and tags can be placed on them.
